If you don't pick up your phone or answer the owner back the owner gets very made at you and flips out but the owner never picks up or answers you back it's fine the owner called me on the phone yelling at me because I did answer back right away and the owner told me I was being rude to her I will never plain anything at that place
Me and my wife were on a business trip to finish a contract in New York. We had some extra time to play around. Someone we met on our flight recommended this place as a hidden gem. I've always been the type for Victorian style architecture, and love the whole 1800's feeling.
We loved the staff, everything was on time, the beds are very comfortable. All in all this trip made my wife very happy. It kind of re-united us in a different way. I would have to recommend this place to everyone. It has a really good vibe to it. We really enjoyed our stay. And will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Service was SLOW with not many people in the place. The food was pitiful. I got the "crab" stuffed tilapia- way too dry to eat and the stuffing was more filler than anything. A couple argued on the porch where we ate and the staff was too clueless to chase them off for 15-20 minutes. My salad contained around 30% wilted lettuce. I called them after we left to let the manager know how we felt. She asked me to come back to show us what they were capable of doing but, hey, I saw the movie WAITING and have a good idea what they are capable of. NO thanks!
Why would anyone run an establishment named for a murderer who reveled in the genocide of indigenous Americans was our afterthought? We waited to be acknowledged while the waitress strolled around this summer (last summer it was screeching woman) and it wasn't any better this time. The food was better a couple of years ago, but the attitude of the people was still obnoxious.
worst place ever..... took 2 months to try to get a room and then she said no rooms available after 7 times of trying to meet up never seen a more crazy place to sleep and she wants to go in your room anytime she wants for any reason and letting people in to see your room before you leave it and gives information about other customers private life and financial history
