Definitely was scammed at this place, along with the rest of the wedding party. Bride was told that reception was including in her wedding package at resort. It was not. There was absolutely no follow up with any guests or bride or groom on many problematic issues. All parties wher sold travel insurance that was not legit. Unable to be compensated for any amount of money put down on travel arrangements by travel agency. They kept all wedding parties money deposits and . NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They do not explain terms and conditions on any travel arrangements or insurance and have hidden fees. You are better off using Expedia and Orbitz and booking the vacations your self. You will save a ton of money that way and have legitimate travel insurance. Plus this business quotes you the highest rates on resorts and plane tickets without checking for better deals or telling you about all travel options. The travel agent Pat is very unprofessional, argumentative, fail to communicate all information and omits information about travel destinations, packages and fees. Also they never apologize for any inconvenience they have caused customers or attempted any resolution. NEVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. A SCAM.
