The atmosphere is one of compassion, understanding and supportiveness. They listen when you talk to them and really hear you. They all work together as a team. Nobody ever wants to be in physical therapy but Ben, Taylor, Jane and Carmen made it almost enjoyable. They brightend my day on more than one occassion.
