First... tv to some people is a luxury. So no, I have no idea what Obama care is. The saddest part about this is some people feel bad about even applying for assistance of any kind, now I feel worse for walking in this building full of miserable rude people. Maybe that specific woman should consider doing something else if she plans on treating people this way. I sat around for 15 minutes for her to pull me into a cubic to tell me.. oh I can't help you, as if this money comes out of her pocket.
First, I just need to start by saying I don't know anything about medical assistance what so ever. A business is created to SERVE people, not belittle them. One woman pulled me into a little cubical and spoke to me like I was an idiot. She expected me to know about all about this Obama care, and all about state assistance. When I asked her what it was I got an answer just like this, word for word. "Obama care.. the stuff that's all over the news"
I just read the other review of this office, and I find it hard to believe. I have been dealing with this office for a couple of years now, and they have never been anything but helpful. I had a bit of difficulty when I applied because I didn't have all the paperwork they asked for, but a lovely lady named Cathy explained everything to me! I had to apply for a special kind of Medical Assistance for people who work, but are partially disabled. It was a pain to get the form made out by my doctor, but as soon as I did, Boom! I got covered. I don't know about you, but if all I have to do is get some forms filled in to get FREE MEDICAL COVERAGE, I'm going to do it, and not complain.
