Very nice staff, including pediatric doctor. Definitely recommend it. Ignore negative reviews, as we were skeptical as well. Only one thing to know ahead of time is the wait time - expect to wait an hour plus, pending the line size, but once admitted things speed up quickly. Considering its a walk in place, significant wait time should be expected. Other than that, place is good and well equipped to handle pretty much anything. A+
Went to the Milford Urgent Care for a tick whose head was lodged in my skin. Had little wait time and was treated sensitively and with care. Had fear of Lyme disease, but was discharged after 20 minutes and confirmation that it was not infected.
Worse than useless. My nephew had been complaining of pain and discomfort in his throat and chest since the night before, and said he had intermittent issues going back a few weeks. Doctor performed the most cursory examination (stethoscope on back and front, examination of ears and throat and pressing on stomach) and said my nephew was absolutely normal and there was nothing to worry about. He said it was either something he ate or a sore throat coming on. I mentioned that the woman at the desk said that a throat culture might be in order, and he derisively responded that he didn't understand why she would say that. You don't understand why someone would suggest a throat culture for pain in the throat? Really? The Dr. we saw (Dr. Joseph A. Limarzi) was dismissive and his behavior bordered on rude. Would not recommend this place at all. Four hours later and the pain has come back. $105 for this place to weigh my nephew and listen to his heartbeat - total ripoff.
Walked in at 9am Sunday. After waiting an hour to first fill out paperwork. Receptionist told me “ we don’t take you Insurance” . Why make me wait an hour to first fill out paper work?
Dr gave me a thorough examination and agreed with my primary Dr about which antibiotic to prescribe. Quick, easy, and efficient
