Go here. Really. Just go here. No bs. I live two hrs from here and although I'm not a regular, I always feel at home here. Great music, great teachers. Really the best game in town and for a long way in any direction. Never the same twice, always innovative and reasonably challenging. Tell them j sent ya.

This summer I knew it was time to find my way back to my center and decided to do it through yoga. 108 Lotus Yoga was the best thing that could have happened to me. I had a wonderful summer, learned so much, found amazingly caring people, and ended the summer looking forward to continuing my practice. Namaste!
