This place is incredible, great Italian meats & cheeses, and sandwiches. I'm in love with their prosciutto balls, deep fried italian meats and cheese, I dream about these things (they do run out so better to get there early in the day. They also make their own roast beef and make great roast beef sandwiches with it on fresh rolls (those run out too so better to go early) Gets busy but they're pretty quick, you take a number and can walk around discover all sorts of goodies. Everyone there is very nice, friendly, and helpful, very old school Italian, love it. They're closed Monday though and don't stay open late, so that's my only complaint I guess, but well worth it to get there by lunchtime or right before lunch is probably the best time when everything is fresh and ready to go and nothings run out yet...

When we moved here from NYC, this was the place that convinced us we would stay...fresh foods, ready made items ready to re-heat. Fantastic butcher - the area will suffer if we lose them...
We didn't want to stop for fast food and we don't have any good deli's around us so we decided to stop at Fretta's. The sandwiches were delicious and very generous. The staff was great. We got cannoli and rainbow cakes and they were awesome as well. We will definitely stop here again on our next trip.
