Dr. Vergara is a wonderful doctor that never makes you feel like just a number. He spends adequate time with his patients and genuinely listens to what you are saying. His staff has never been anything but kind, curtious, and efficient. I have called in refills for scripts many times and have always gotten them within hours.
Longest waits. You'll drop dead before you get in. Average wait is well over an hour.
I have been going to Dr. Vergera for a year and a half. He is a great doctor however his staff is not which is why I am finding another PCM. ALWAYS an issue getting lab slips or an RX called in. You always have to leave a message then they never follow up. I drive 50 min to get here. Since I work 50 min from my home in the other direction I take the day off for my appointments. I called yesterday for my post bw follow up for my thyroid ( they make me do this every six months even though my levels never change) and to have an issue checked that I have been dealing with for a cpl weeks. I call yesterday and the receptionist told me my appointment was today. I get here and oh no it is the ninth. Exactl one week away. Hmmmm....were you on the wrong Thursday in the computer system when you scheduled it??? In order for me to get my thyroid rx I HAVE TO BE SEEN! I am so frustrated with this place that I WILL not come back. Time to find a BETTER health care provider!
