I brought my car in because of a recall and there was no longer a dealer in my area. I also had a problem with my odometer working. I arrived early and they took my car in immediately. They offered that I could wait in their waiting room which had fresh coffee, magazines and a television going. They had said that the recall would take about an hour. In just under an hour, the service person came out and reviewed what they had done. He explained about the odometer and they fixed it. (The price for fixing the odometer was very reasonable.) They had also in that time period gone over my vehicle, checking tires, the battery, and all my systems. I couldn't have been more impressed with the service and how well I was treated.
brought in my jeep for service. my handicap tag was stolen. then brought in again for service and they rotated my tires without my permission. car immediately did not drive right. found when i was on the highway and hit rough road the car would go into a serious shimmy where i had to slow to 30 mph to regain control. brought it in numerous times but they could not fix it. brought it to a local repair shop and they said i needed new tires. i had tires for life program with the dealer but of course milford jeep never saw my tires were in need of replacement. needless to say it did not fix the car and i had to trade it in after only a year. so now my new jeep bought at warwick jeep in ny is never serviced in milford. however my windshield was cracked so brought it to milford out of convenience. crappy job. sealant was drizzled on the lower part of the new windshield. then drove the car for one day and the new windshield has a crack. they refuse to replace it. left message with service rep to have manager call me, no call back.
